As a senior level executive Bob has led the development of business plans, marketing plans and strategic planning processes for small and medium sized firms. His expertise is grounded in years of successful front line experience managing sales and marketing functions, driving business growth and improving P&L performance. Bobs experience includes a variety of business models from traditional and recurring revenue, to outsourced service models.
Successful product and service definition, development, marketing, and product launch experience is a core part of his experience. This includes the design and implementation of customer service and service center call centers. Understanding customer needs, and designing to meet those needs, whether for a product, service, or call center solution is one of Bob's core competencies.
Bob has extensive experience selling and marketing to Hospitals, Home Care Agencies, State Government Agencies, and Assisted Living. His experience includes traditional distribution channels, healthcare referral marketing & selling, direct to hospital and homecare sales, direct marketing strategies, and state government contracting.
During his career Bob has developed and managed profit maximizing pricing models, for buying groups, national accounts, distributors, government contracts, and consumers. In all of his marketing leadership roles Bob has strived to bridge the marketing function with front line sales implementation plans and profit focused financial performance.
Bob has experience developing and presenting business plans to angel investors, VCs, and strategic investors. He has successful state lobbying experience in Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Ohio, and served as Philips Lifeline's HIPAA Privacy Official from 2002 to 2007. Bob served as a two term Board President for a Boston based Aging Service Provider.
